KPM is an architectural firm founded in 1994. Since then it was proposed that the firm should have a professional company profile, where the development of a project should not be credited to a personal work, but rather to the result of teamwork formed by the interaction of professionals with different responsibilities that are grouped and coordinated towards a common goal. The concept on which our works are based is inspired by the respect for the traditional values culturally assigned to architecture, covering the entire scope of the problem of design at the service of society and the client in particular. The systematization and elaboration of an integral project, is the distinctive characteristic of the study, where KPM can manifest all its experience with a professional commitment, with the incorporation of high technology implications, sustained in the development of techno-economic feasibilities, that allow respective evolutions to qualities, costs and times to guarantee a satisfactory final result. 

KPM has worked for local and international clients in Argentina, Spain, Brazil, Chile, USA, Japan, China, Ecuador and Peru. The important volumes of projects and large-scale works carried out, endorse the performance and service that can be provided in areas as diverse as in the area of commercial architecture with shopping malls, department stores, hypermarkets, office buildings, hotels, cinemas, etc., or in the area of residential architecture with urbanizations, residential complexes, country clubs, etc. For us it is not only important to develop a complete project, but fundamentally, to elaborate a strategy that allows us to define the product in order to have flexibility at the time of contracting and for the follow-up of the corresponding work. KPM works with dedication to respond creatively to the requirements of its clients, and delivers its services offering quality in design, and strict compliance with agreed deadlines and budgets. This constant conduct has accompanied KPM's history and is one of its most valuable calling cards.
